Carol House Furniture was wonderful! Carol House Furniture was wonderful. We had a great experience and there was a wide selection to choose from. We had a great salesman, T, he helped us out so much and we really liked working with him. We get out furniture this week and I am so excited! We will definitly be going back for future furniture purchases.
Carol House I think this place is way overpriced. There selection may be good, but I think the prices are on the higher side of most furniture stores. I hate to try to get the best price from a sales person, I would rather they just list the prices as what they will sell it for.
Great store. Awful website. Love Carol House. Hate their website. They need to have photos of their furniture directly on their site instead of using manufacturer links. It's impossible to do any furniture comparisons.
Helpful salesperson My experience was good...the delivery men were exceptionally careful bringing the furniture into my home. the salesperson was helpful and patient. I will buy here again.
Repeat Customers We've been shopping with Carol House for 15 years. Each time we we've been treated with respect. The sales staff is available for questions, but are unobtrusive if you aren't ready for them. This trip we purchased two sofas and a console table from Andrew. He was able to give a reasonable deal and set up delivery in less than a week. The rest of the staff is helpful as well, dealing with an "after the purchase" question that arose between purchase and delivery.
happy for many years we have been purchasing from Carol House for many years. We love the selection and the friendly personal service. We also find we get the lowest price on what we are looking for. Our salesman, Bob, is great!
