NOT HAPPY! I purchased a sofa and a loveseat on October 25. I was told it would not be here by Thanksgiving but I would have it by Christmas. It did not arrive by Christmas. When it was delivered the deliverymen refused to move the existing sofa out of the room. I was told I could not "return" the purchase as it was a special order. Carol House Furniture is ok place to purchase Carol House has it"s ups and downs to tell you it will be a week for you're purchase to be delivered it will not happen it takes several weeks. unless it's a floor item. I purchased a bed for my daughter it took 7 weeks for delivery. Rails where orderd wrong so it took another 7 weeks for deliver. carol house review I enjoy all my experiences at Carol House in Valley Park. The sales associates don't follow you around and hound you. They let you shop peacefully - but are always ready to serve when needed. I also find the furniture is of high quality at an exceptional price. Beware - DO NOT Shop At Carol House!! I was a long-time Carol House supporter and would now tell anyone to steer clear of them. We purchased a house full of furniture from them in 2001 and had a fabulous experience. After the house sustained major water damage, we had to purchase new house full of furniture in 2009 and it has been a bigger disaster than the water damage to our home!!! Best furniture store ever! This a very large Furniture store that is family owned. It has an enormous selection of furniture in its showroom and if you still can't find what your looking for , they have a very large selection of catalogs to look through. The customer service at this store is great also. They do free delievery of all purchases.
Carol House Furniture is MY FAVORITE FURNITURE STORE I just wanted to tell everyone that in the flood of 1993, my family and I were flooded and lost almost everything.
