Long term customer I have shopped at Carol House many times over the years and continue to receive quality furniture at a great price. Glenn Butler was my salesman this time and provided excellent service. He was professional and not to pushy. He gave us his undivided attention and was not rushing to get through.
Positive Experience I have purchased several things from Carol House over the years and have always had a positive experience. The salespeople have tended to be a notch above sales associates at other stores in terms of their furniture knowledge and professionalism. Recently I found a dresser at another store and decided to go see what Carol House had before I bought it. Not only was it less but they delivered it for free too! I'm also a fan of the fact that they're a family-owned business. Thanks Carol House!
Great Experience at Carol House My wife and I were very impressed by the quality and selection of furniture at Carol House. Our salesperson, Angie, was very professional and helpful. She was not overbearing and let us look around at our leisure, but at the same time was available for questions and pricing as often as we needed. I would recommend her to anyone. We will most definitely return to Carol House to shop for furniture in the future.
Carol House Review We just had a good shopping experience at Carol House in Valley Park. Peggy, our saleswoman, was very nice. She help us with everything we wanted without being overbearing. We came in for a couch and ended up looking at kitchen tables, desks, and bedroom sets. Overall, a thumbs up experience.
Amazing! This is a great furniture store and alwasy our first (and usually last) stop. They have a great selection at a good price, and you can almost alwasy get your furniture within just a couple of days. They do great work for the community - have personally had Brooke donate many items for a charity we volunteer for.
DO NOT GO TO CAROL HOUSE FURNITURE! I had a horrible experience and cannot, with clear conscience, recommend Carol House Furniture. I went into the storeroom asking for barstools. I explained carefully to the salesperson that my kitchen has a very high (bar height) counter - I explained that it is NOT counter height. I pointed to several high barstools (30") and said that is what I wanted, but in solid wood. The salesperson assured me that he could special order solid wood barstools just like the ones I pointed out. Well ...... read more

Careful shoppers! My wife and I are bulding a vacation home and need to purchase quite a bit of furniture for it. We shopped a number of stores, but returned to Carol House. We have purchased several things from them before and have always been pleased. It happened again----great selection and very fair prices on quality furniture. We're glad to give Carol House our continuing business.
Carol House has great service I visited The valley park location. My salesperon Bob D. help me even though I was only looking for some mismatched pieces in the clearance section. Bob was friendly and assisted me in finding furniture for my apartment in rolla. After I graduate from MST, my first stop will be at Carol House to buy some nice furniture from Bob. The service is much better at Carol House than the other St. Louis furniture stores. I will shop there again.
