We used Lisa Finell and she was rude, pushy, didn't listen to a thing we asked. We had a smaller budget and acted like we should take what we can get. My husband i have owned homes before. We're not children, nor should we take something less than so she can get her check. We were so happy when we closed and the house was turned over so that we can be rid of her. Terrible!!
Bought a house in chandlersville last year (5+ acres). It was split off from a larger, ( 37+acre) property. Carol Goff was the realty company. Lisa Finnell was the agent used. Apparently, they messed up the title and deed work, which is still trying to be resolved with no assistance from this agency. Now, the remainder of the property is up for sale, but the listing agent (Carol Goff and Lisa Finnell) never updated the plot information on Zilla, or Realtor to reflect the sale of the house and smaller parcel. Great company to work with. I have worked with the company for several years and can say that some of the best agents work with Carol Goff and Associates. If you're looking to buy or sell it is the place to go.
One of Carol's family members drives around in a white Porsche with a carol goff license plate. I got a video of him trying to fight a teenager on the side of the road in Zanesville. When I called the Goff office to report the incident to them they laughed and hung up on me. Definitely sharing this with Zanesville PD.
