My name is Carol Jackson and I have lived In Carol Gastright’s properties for over 15 years and I must say that I appreciate Carol she has worked with me and help keep the roof over me and my children’s head. She is a godsend.
I've been renting from Carol Gastright for seven years now. I have no idea where these bad reviews are coming from. In the 7 years I've rented from her, I have never heard her utter one bad word about different races, LGBTQ, and never a curse word; and she has been in property management a long time and has probably seen it all. I have rented from Carol Gastright...twice. The first time, I was a struggling nursing school student. Carol worked with me about the deposit. The apartment was clean and beautfully remodeled. Compared to other large Victorian apartments, the rent was more than reasonable, as was Carol with my unsteady income as a student. I left Cincinnati but returned. Terrible. Carol is racist. Overpriced. Avoid.
Carol Gastright is a racist scrooge! First, she charges you 15% more compared to other rental properties in the area. Second, the neighborhood is crazy. Old folks, mixed with rowdy rednecks and hipsters, and rich psychopaths. Third, she is racist. I am white and I still found her language (directed at hispanics and blacks) disgusting.
