Carol is excellent. I had been sleeping badly for the past 10 weeks averaging less than 3 hours sleep a night. I could not even sleep during the day time. I visited Carol for the first time and felt better during the massage. That night, I had my normal three hours sleep, got up and had breakfast. I felt tired so I went back to bed and slept for 4 more hours - the first good sleep for over 10 weeks!
