Our first appointment was wonderful and very informative, we were able to schedule my husbands next appointment after and we scheduled it for today Aug 14 at 5:30. We arrived at 5:20 only to find the door locked. We waited out in the hall (we did knock several times and even called) until 5:40. My husband finally got a message on his phone from someone saying they had no appointments on the schedule and to call tomorrow.
