I highly recommend Banister Nutrition. Lauren Northcutt was extremely supportive during my transition from a vegan diet to a migraine elimination diet. They have not responded to several months of repeated phone calls and several letters that I am willing to make public to resolve a billing issue.
This is the most incompetent business office I have ever been a patient too! They keep sending me a bill from date of service back in April that was paid from my insurance company months ago! Spoken with Ms. Banister as well as the office manager and told them they CASHED the check from my insurance and yet they still sent me bill for the same amount my insurance paid. So I guess I’m going to have to take time out of my busy schedule and go sit in their office until the business office ACTUALLY DOES HER JOB!
Zero stars and never more disappointed in a provider in my life. Your made to feel damaged and unworthy. Dieticians will see you when it's convenient for them and have no problem giving YOU less than 24 hrs notice when they want to change your appt. Oh, and if you ever miss an appointment THEY WILL BILL YOU $150 fee - This place is a disaster!
Horrible patient care and support - they're just out to make a buck off your misery. Don't waste your time with this rinky dink outfit.
