Lauren Northcutt at Banister Nutrition has literally changed my life- One talk with her and some real changes are being made. I have a long way to go, but just seeing her twice a month and having a conversation has made the weight fall off. She isn't going to put you on a diet, or start with Hardcore changes. Well the person I seen was amazing but the billing department can’t seem to do their job correctly. Instead of billing my insurance properly they keep billing me. After I called them to correct it they sent the bill to a collection agency. What a joke.

I had weight loss surgery but gained a lot of the weight back. I didn't need another diet. I needed a new way to look at food.
