Took my mom here. We were a little late for the appointment but they wanted us to wait a ridiculous amount of time to be seen because of this(I’m talking hours). We were 30 min MAX late due to the road to the hospital being blocked. We also had a 2 hour commute. Rather than communicating that she should reschedule, they just kept saying “you were late so we don’t know when”. It’s more so the human to human interaction.
