Carol Ann Gardener is an excellent health care provider. She takes time with each patient explaining what she has diagnosed the patient's health issues. She has a very friendly and positive attitude. The nurses and staff members are very professional, friendly and are familiar with the patient's health issues. The staff members recognize and acknowledge the patient as they enter the office. Carolina Internal Medicine is one of best medical offices in the area.
