Be aware of expiration dates, good vegetables and fruits. Not a spotless place, but it has good prices in some things. Large variety of Vegetables, and they are always fresh and cheap. Do not buy meat, bread or yogurt. And be careful with their specials on those things, it is always because they already expired. I usually go somewhere else to buy groceries, but go there to buy a lot of vegetables, tortillas, cereal, milk, and eggs and save some money there.
Carnival Supermarket Yo G's this place of the hook...I walked in there to go shopping and i said DAM them prices are cheap.... this store is nice clean and their hot food is BOOM... plus no to mention their cashiers are smoking hot and really polite people don't appreciate them or treat them the way they should...ever since the first time i walked in their i haven't stopped going i really recommend this place if u want to safe money and feed your family....
The Old Stumps This place was the Old Stumps, and now new ownership took over and raised all the prices. Everything is so expensive at this place. I live a block away and I refuse to go in there.
Carnival Market This was formerly Stump's until it went under new ownership. Even though my family has been going there since the 1980's, I REFUSE to shop there because there food IS NOT FRESH - BOTTOM LINE. Do not buy your meat from this store!!!! Unfortunately, my grandparents still go there because it's right down the street from their house, but my Grandma has no sense of smell so there you have it.
What a Dump The prices may be low, but the shopping experience is not worth it. The building is dirty and run down. There is always somebody trying to cash a bad check. There are always people loitering outside. When you look out back there is always a pile of old mattresses, appliances, couches and trash - this is where the food is delivered. The management seem interested only in sucking out as much money from this place as they can before it gets shut down and are not interested in making it a decent place to shop. Enjoy.
Progressing and improving I recently started getting the weekly ads from this supermarket and no doubt it has some tempting discounts.This new supermarket is developing nicely. The store offers nice and cheap deals and so it fasinates me. The store is still developing and needs improvement regarding the cleaniness. The workers are helpful and now i often visit the store.
