Excellent communication, fast and friendly service. Followup was very good.
Best deal out of all the other ceiling peeps. They removed the popcorn ceiling and re-textured 1700 sqft worth of ceiling. I looked at 3 other contractors with the prices in the $4000-$5500 range. Carnical Custom Paint was by the the cheapest, most cost effective one out of all of them.
30+ year of popcorn ceiling in garage falling down, tape coming off, etc. I just wanted popcorn gone, retape, mud, and paint. No texturing at all, just rough ceiling with fresh paint (it's a garage). The owner, Joey Stone, was very responsive, owns his own crews, explained all details and my part in the process...and at a great price. Super job.
Can't say enough good things about the excellent job they did! The work was high quality and done quickly. They were very careful with our home and took extra care to protect our things. We would hire them again! Miguel was our crew leader and he was very professional and very detail oriented. Steve, the owner, stopped over once the work began to make sure the crew was on track and that we were comfortable with everything. Great customer service!
Our experience with this company was really bad. Bad as it can get they didn't finish the work what was done was very poor quality. We had hired them to complete re-texture, install trim, and painting. The re-texture was really bad we gave them extra time to complete but we had to cleanup after the crew too much. Overspray on new wood floors and on new cabinets. Bottom line Steve Long over promised and under delivered.

Steve was very flexible in meeting, a good thing since I work a lot. We had a few issues connecting, because I would have something on my calendar that didn't match Steve's recollection. It looks to me that some of the work was rushed and sloppy. Sometimes they took the covers off of the electrical, sometimes they painted around them. They did a good job. It took longer than expected but there was weather issues so it is understandable. However, there was not much communication about the delay and the time of completion.
Steve is a great guy
I hired Carnival to not only remove the popcorn ceiling but to repaint all the ceilings and walls in my home. From the very beginning they were professional. The entire job was done in less than a week as promised. The crew went above and beyond expectations by repairing damaged potions of both ceilings and walls without being asked. They promised to return to touch up any damage that might be done by our carpet installers. I cannot recommend Carnival highly enough for our overall experience with this company.
