We hired Carnvial to completely remove the popcorn ceiling throughout our newly purchased 2940sq ft home. The home had tall vaulted ceilings in three areas. Brad Hale contacted me after I used Home Advisor to find a contractor. Brad came out and gave us a prompt quote which was well within lines of a couple other quotes we had gotten. The crew was extremely professional in every aspect. Work was done efficiently and timely. I am not fond of a business that accepts credit cards and then wants to charge 3.5% for that service. When credit cards are accepted, the business needs to accept the cost of that option and charge accordingly, not an up charge after the bid is made.
Brad Hale was very professional and cooperative in scheduling the project. Painting crew provided excellent results.
Franchise Manager Brad was very efficient and informative on his presentation prior to being hired. Victor is the team leader on the painting crew and was very knowledgeable and professional. They truly did an outstanding job and came out after I saw a couple of missed spots and they came out immediately to touchup those issues. No questions asked. Highly recommend.
Fast, Courteous and professional
Timeframe was accurate and completed on time. Customer service skills rated high. The only thing I feel they could of done better was thier finishing skills- i.e. Trim painting and caulk work was a little sloppy. I would still use this company again.
Responded quickly to my inquiry and came out the same day to give me an estimate. The work was completed within 72 hours of providing the estimate. The workers were courteous and knowledgeable.
The crew was at the site promptly at the scheduled time. They did a great job and got it done fast. I will definitely use them again.
Very nice painters. I would hire them again based on their customer service and quality of work.
