This is my favorite spot to eat in Newport. We eat here at least once a week, food and service always great!
They have been at this location for a really long time. Mom and pop operation. Good Mexican food. Wide variety of tacos, burritos, dinner plates and seafood ceviche. I always get the Carnitas plate. Parking is limited; there is a small lot in the alley behind Newport Blvd. order at the counter then find a table. They will bring salsa and crispy tortillas. Casual and local.
The tasty authentic Chicken enchiladas, were delicious...the spaish rice , spicy...and ,the beans were cheesy. Last but not least the beer was cold,even had old school frosted mugs. Do you want real Mexican ? Look no further.Carnitas La Villa,is your place.
