My wife and I worked with our realtor Deborah and she was just unbelievably patient with us and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Let alone we were moving from a different state to Idaho she was the calming voice we needed when we were beyond stressed. She gave us such relief and made the whole process so easy with her knowledge. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a home, thank you again for making this whole process so easy and smooth!

I thought they were great! From the selling of our house to the buying of our new home. They were extremely knowledgeable and had a lot of insight to offer what what look for and what to avoid. They were upfront and honest with us on expectations, number values. I felt confident in the numbers and offers made due to all the homework they did that they showed me. Just closed a transaction with Kallie. She was the listing agent and I was the buyers agent. Working with her was so smooth. Really good communication, always kept me updated with everything . Definitely from start to finish one of the smoothest real estate transactions I have been a part of. Look forward to working with her again in the future.

Where to start on how horrible these people are? I will not put the full blame on them, the owner of the home, who lives in California, we were renting from was just as horrible. My wife, 3 little boys, and I were renting a home for a couple of years and out of nowhere we get a 30 day notice to vacate. This is all within the owners right, but the immense stress gave me anxiety attacks to find a home for my family. But the absolute worst part was the constant harassment by Carney Real Estate. We moved to Idaho from out of state and our Agent back home did research on the best Team in the area and that brought us to the Carney's. We've spoken and worked with both Kit and Kallie, who run the agency, and they chose Amanda as our Agent.
