Working w/John & his crew of professionals was pure delight! When we were informed that the Naples fire inspector was requiring us to remove a mirrored wall so they could fix a sprinkler head, we called John. He came w/in hours to access the problem. Took numerous pictures to share with his team to decide what was the least invasive way for the inspector to get & repair the problematic sprinkler head. Carney did a project that included removing tile/carpet and installing luxury vinyl wood flooring in 75% of house, remodel of 2 full bathrooms, work on lanai foundation, and work on gutter/splash guard. Exceeded expectations from the start. The response time for developing the estimate was great and was very detailed and helpful to understand the depth of the project. I'm an Architect in Michigan and have been involved in architecture/construction/building ownership for over 40 years.
