This is the worst place to ever buy a car all these people are correct on their reviews I bought a burgundy Mercedes 2006 from these nasty rude people and 8 months later the transmission went out they sell junk so beware everyone the Elizabeth person and Walter will take your money and sell you a lemon without sugar please people beware they are bad business go to a reputable place not a bootleg car shake on Spencer hwy

WARNING! DISHONEST BUSINESS! Purchased a truck with $2400 down. Transmission went out in less than 6 weeks. Mind you they require you to pay another $875 for license plates that they never mailed. I paid $200 partial pmt until i could see what they would do about the repairs.I already had the truck in the shop & called Carnes at least 20 times.I have my phone records. Worse place ever! Long story short, I bought a 06 Dodge Ram from these crooks and put $2,000 down. First day home the headlights quit working, and 20 days later the wheel falls off while driving 70 miles per hour! The worse part is I can't even get a simple call back or an update on what's going on with my account. My salesman Walter is very rude. These people are very unprofessional. The are all about the money, once they get your money then its a differerent story. The customer services aspect of the business is out the door. The vehicles are nice and well kept. But if you want to deal with a bunch of unprofessional people without any sales skills or any customer servces then thhis is the place to go. I purchased a $15,000 2002 BMW from this Carnes Motor Company in South Houston. This car was to be an aniversarry gift for my wife. They told me the car was in exellent condition and that I only needed to get the oil changed. I purchased the vehicle in good faith and had my wife take it to get an oil changed the following week. The mechanic noticed the rotors had a deep groove in them and proceeded to inspect the vehicle.
