From the moment I stepped in the door, they were inviting and welcoming. They took the time to listen and respond with the best possible solution to my problem. I was coming from somewhere that were more interested in charging my insurance, instead of helping me. I’m so thankful for being referred to Carnes Crossing Dental and now my daughter and I have a new dental home. Once again I want to say thank you to all the lovely ladies that cared for me on yesterday….. See you again soon!!!
Friendly and professional service. The hygienist and dentist were friendly and answered all my questions. Lots of new technology to make this process easier and efficient.
It's always late in the evening when a tooth decides to act up. This is while every dentist and office is closed. Did you know I called the office at 7pm on Tuesday and was sitting in the dental chair 10am on Wednesday morning? As a person that despises dentists I felt comfortable, like I was in good hands. Guess what? I was. Would definitely recommend.
From the front desk to the exam room, this crew takes such good care of you! As someone who is soooo fearful of the dental exam process, I will say that it felt incredible to have a team who not only had empathy for my fear, but provided so much support. I am excited to say that I have found my dental home! January 2026 I just have to give an update to this wonderful team!
