A good experience. Shawn gave us the key very late in the day so we could check out our not-yet-complete house. when 15 minutes later we said we would buy it he made everyting happen and even got us a discount on closing costs
It is the best site among all the other new sites in Elk Grove! I love the 5 bedrooms floor plan ( each of them is very large especially the master bedroom), I don’t see any other site has such large bedrooms, not just the bedrooms are large, the backyard also large, as you know all new homes are with very limited space for their backyard, but my floor plane has a very large backyard, my husband love plants so this house is perfect for him!
