My son's booking was scheduled at 4pm, we arrived on time. but we haven't been called until 4:40pm. Then I ask the reception how many patients are before us. She said there are still 3 people waiting before us which means we need to wait for another 45 minutes. No one tried to explain why my appointment was delayed. I was just asked to reschedule a time. My family has been seen GP at this clinic for a long time. The appointments been delayed for many times. I am very disappointed with this customer service level.
Rude and close minded. My child has had febrile seizures in the past, he has been Hank g head aches on and off for a couple of months and then this doctor wouldn’t take seriously when I brought my son in for a check up about it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 2:50 pm, yet I was not called in until 3:28 pm. The patient before me entered at 3:08 pm and left at 3:14 pm, leaving an unexplained gap where no patient was seen. No explanation was provided for the delay, and the next patient was called in immediately after I left, making the wait feel unnecessary and poorly managed.
