This property management company is presenting a false narrative in its web content. They historically and consistently have failed to maintain their Brewers Point Apartments including lack of suitable parking lot lighting, poorly maintained elevators, non-functioning security system, overflowing garbage. I just moved in on May 17th the manger Benita assured us everything would be done as a tenant moved out the workers are incompetent and so is the manager they waxed the floors without sweeping or mopping them no filter over the stove mold under the sink in bathroom whole cabinet molded half the lights dont work the blinds are old and dirty and falling down and the carpet is buckling and doors don't lock in entrance now the no good manager won't take my calls or emails but its ok calling the city and neighborhood services o... read more
Buildings are disgusting and not well kept at all. Wallpaper coming off of walls. Took weeks and two calls to get someone to look at my garbage disposal and sink that would not drain. Garbage disposal doesn't work again but I am not even bothering anymore. Turns off water in building without notifying residents and don't provide time when water will be back on. Doors are not maintained, so completely possible for someone to just come into the building. Packages have just gone missing. Stay away if you can.
living there for 2 years, management is very poor. Took them a year to "fix" our ac unit yet it's still broken. Called to "Fix" our dish washer since it wouldn't run, they never showed up after two weeks of requesting maintenance. We ended up fixing it ourselves. Management is rude and for the "high class apartments" they consider themselves to be, it's not worth the money you are paying for if.
