Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them!

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

I'm disappointed that when my child's sick, they usually don't get them in to be seen for at least a week. I don't feel like I can count on them in an emergency. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I was disappointed with the way they interacted with my child during appointments.
