My prescription was a compound , had to be mixed at Carmichaels Monroe store . I dropped it off Monday at the Covington store and it was ready for pickup there on Tuesday. Great service , very helpful and friendly.
The best pharmacy in the Covington area. Super polite. Always attentive and caring. Pharmacists are knowledgeable. That small town feel, puts CVS and Walgreens to shame. They atleast answer their phone every single time.
Multiple bad customer services. Nothing is ever straight forward. My wife and I were getting several different stories for weeks.
Came here from all the others and their problems. They are worse than all others added together. Came here with all new prescriptions and over time every one of them ended up on a different refill cycle. Nothing is ever in stock and they won’t order any until you’re past due. Every single employee is incompetent. Dealt with them all. Always get told a different story on prescriptions that my wife and I could never make sense of anything.
