DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! The manager and the owners daughter are rude, they lie, steal, and dont care about you as a tenant. My heat went out on Dec 27th I was very sick at this time. The "part" ut needed for my central heat and air was going to take a month to get. It was getting down to 30 degrees at night. After about 2 weeks of no heat I asked for half of my months rent back so my daughter and I could go stay in a hotel. I have lived here 2 years now , I can say this complex is great . I have not had any theft or anything happen here , Ive had two maintenance calls the entire time being here and the problems were fixed immediately. Maintenance is five star they wave,smile and get to know all tenants makes it feel more like a community . The office staff is amazing as well they have always been understanding and friendly.
