I always enjoy seeing Dr. J Lisa and the 2 Lilys. A person doesn't have to wait for hours to see the Dr. They all have pleasant personalities. I am well pleased with the clinic.
I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Neha, but my experience with the front office staff has been very disappointing. I called twice, and both times I was given conflicting information about my insurance. One staff member told me I needed “Hill Sacramento,” while another said I needed a “Hills physician”, even though these are the same thing. Dr Neha is an excellent doctor. She listens to all my concerns, amazing bedside manner and goes over all my options for medications and therapies. Having a doctor who listens to you is essential and I can’t say enough kind words about her and her practice. I have referred her to 2 friends and they are just as happy as I am.
Unprofessional. Claim to have lost my urine sample and would not answer the phone or any of my messages, after waiting over a week for results i finally find out nothing was sent for testing.
