Wish I had known about this place. It will be a new regular stop when I’m in Pensacola. . Fairly small menu and still tough to decide what to order. They creatively use their space for a great experience all around!

My husband and I are newly retired to Pensacola and just love checking out the many eclectic eateries!! Carmen’s has become our favorite place to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and the amazing staff and food!! Years ago I ate at Carmen's when she had the little cafe on Olive Rd. I loved it then and I went to her Palafox restaurant today and the food still is wonderful. The presentation of every dish I could see was perfect. I had chicken salad sandwich and horseradish potato salad and my friend had the open face chicken and artichoke daily special. Soups and kale salad are wonderful
If you want excellent, real, healthy food prepared with excellent culinary precision and flavor, you should definitely try Carmen’s. The staff is also excellent; among some of the top service you can find in town. Great wine selection too. I highly recommend!
