Yummy food, great service.
I visited Carmen’s for the first time and had the most delightful experience. The hostess greeted me with a warm smile and was able to seat me at a window seat right away. They adhered to social distancing really well and I was fortunate to have the entire window area to myself. Immediately I took note of the tasteful decor and comfortable chairs.
