We love Carmen's so much, we come at least once a week. It is always a hit with our out of town guests, and our pup Ella, who loves the pupscream!!!

We've been fans of Carmen's since it opened. Their ices are amazing, their custard is great, they make a pretty mean espresso, and the people who work there are all very nice. Jason has done a marvelous job of integrating his business into the fabric of Rockville. You just can't have a REAL Rockville event without Carmen's!
I just can't get enough! Miss the Neon Lime though.
Carmens is a great place to go and relax in the morning for a cup of coffee and a crossword puzzle, a great spot for Gelatis (Italian ice and custard) to cool down after lunch, and an exceptional evening at one of their many Catered EVENTS from swim meets, to graduation parties, to hometown holidays, schooles, churches to DC truck events and more. always love going to Carmens Italian ice & cafe :)
