I am writing to provide feedback regarding the cleaning service provided at my home on July 17,2026. While I appreciate the team's hard work, the service did not meet the standards we agreed upon. I had asked for a deep cleaning and just got standard cleaning. Specifically, I noticed the following areas were missed like the baseboards, all walls in the house were not wiped down. All sinks and faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen were not cleaned, master bathroom shower glass door, all ceiling fans glass covers and windows ... read more
I so love Carmen's Cleaning Service and highly recommend them. I never have to worry if they'll be here or if they'll do a fantastic job. The women are always extremely kind and professional. And my house always looks incredible once they're finished. We've been using them every other week for nearly a year, and my family is still so blown away after each cleaning.
I am updating this now that we have been using Carmen's service for 2+ years. We have been getting our house cleaned weekly by Carmen’s team for over two years now and are so happy our experience. They are professional, have good communication regarding scheduling and do an excellent job keeping our home clean. We are so happy to have found Carmen and her team and are thankful for the hard work they do.
Carmen and her team were here earlier than expected which was awesome. They got right to work. I hadn’t hired a cleaning service before so I assumed it was a basic clean. But wow she set the bar high! They paid attention to each detail and dusted every corner. Nothing was left untidy. She far exceeded my expectations!! Every inch of my home is spotless. I will definitely be hiring her team again! Thank you so much!!
We hired Carmen's team to do a deep-clean of our house just before Mother's Day since we had some light remodel work done and everything was covered in dust. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job! The house looked and smelled so good. These are true professionals and we will be hiring them again in the future. Thank you so much!
