I always love being yelled at and talked to like a child because I insisted that Frankie, the owner, fix the defective part that he put into my car when I bought it less then two months ago. This is the 3rd time I've had to take the car back and get something fixed. The last time I brought it in Frankie joked that he wasn't going to spend any more money on the car but when I brought it he told me to bring it back if anything goes wrong within 90 days of me buying the car. Absolutely disgusting how the owner Frankie talks to his employees and lies to customers. Then talks tuff on the phone. I encourage all my union brothers and sisters to not buy from him.
This was the worst experience i have ever incountered with a person or situation i put down $2500 for which i nolonger have i have for 5 weeks and within that 5 weeks i had a broken sway bar, rotors ,breaks transmission slipping,missing bolts and screws and almost got into a bad car accident because something from the bottom fell while i was driving when i told him about it he said you could jave hit a pothole😒he is a money hungry man who sales cars that should junked and not sold at all!!!i am currently out of more then 10... read more
