From the first visit, she didn't care what I had to say. Acted like I was just another patient. No care about the human being. Wished I would have never went to her. Run around with fmla paperwork for my son. Occurs points for me and not written my fmla paperwork correctly. Said she would be there the day after my 'surgery ' she was not. Always happy with Dr. Doty-Armstrong.
Went to her for consultation and hysterectomy questions. I should have walked out after she was very short with me, only cared about me signing realize papers and seemed annoyed every time I asked a question about the procedure. Against my better judgement and because I was in so much pain I went through with the hysterectomy. There were a lot of details that she left out that she did not inform me about. Dr Doty did my hysterectomy. I requested an open hysterectomy, not robotic. She screamed at me and bullied me in pre-op. I requested to see my family and she refused to allow anyone to get them. I was so scared and she did not care. I would never recommend Dr Doty for any medical procedure or guidance.
Switched to this provider during my pregnancy because I had moved to the area. I was left waiting for upwards of an hour in the waiting room on more than one occasion. Room time wait was 30-45 mins then she rushed in barely gave me the time of day to talk and within 5 mins rushed out of the room. I had numerous preventable complications after giving birth one of which left me in the er one week postpartum. Trying to get in to see her is almost impossible.
