I first worked with Carmen Commercial in about 2000 on behalf of a high-tech software company. Because Carmen Commercial focuses on just representing tenants, it has good insights into current market conditions , rental rates, available office space and how to negotiate with landlords. I appreciate being able to hand off responsibility for lease negotiations to a company that knows what it is doing and has my interests at heart. That way I can focus on running my business.
