We just bought our 1st home with Carmen and she is THE BEST!! Our journey was long but she was always patient and there was no pressure at all while still being realistic of when timelines needed to move quickly. She is extremely thorough, responsive, and kind. She won't let you settle for anything less than what you love.
I would highly recommend Carmen if you are looking to buy a home. She was, and still continues to be, amazingly helpful. I was living on Vancouver Island at the time so having an agent in Lethbridge who was as thorough as Carmen was a godsend.
