John & Sez were extremely helpful during the process, and were a pleasure to work with. They always responded quickly when we had questions about locale, processes, home history and any other questions we came up with. It is honestly difficult to describe just how great it was to work with Sez and John. As first time homebuyers, we were both pretty intimidated by the process of taking on the San Diego real estate market. They are incredibly attentive (it never took him more than an hour to get back to me, including on weekends) and made themselves available if you just need to easy your mind. John and Sez are both grinders; their work ethic is significantly better than your average real estate agent.
