We visit Carmelitas probably once or twice a month all year and the food is always good. We did, however, just get a take out order and the food was terrible! We were so disappointed. I get the veggie burrito 90% of the time but this time all of the veggies were raw which was not palatable. We also had the combo which is another frequent favorite and the "enchilada" was as big as my finger, dry, and flavorless. The tamale looked like it was made a few days ago and the red sauce was not of the same quality. Sad...
