This place was a mess but Jaddah and Jessica took over and started to manage our building a couple months ago. THEY HAVE BEEN AMAZING. They are so quick to respond and never have taken more than a couple hours to solve any issues we have had. I am so grateful for all their hard work. They have turned this place upside down! I have been trying to get in contact with the Carmelita Apartments for several days and haven't received a call back. Their website is no longer active/accessible and their previous management office and they were unable to tell me who is now managing the building. I was interesting in renting a two bedroom unit they had available but am now unable to access the website and the property has been taken off of all other rental sites.
we were in rush to look for apartment we apply for this one and we get approve but we couldn't check multiple things that after moving in we discover. Like homeless are all around the apartment, some of them even camp near the building, the area is insecure at night because of dealer, it happen multiple time that homeless or other broke into a car and my car was one of it.
