We visit this restaurant frequently for the great food and take out often. But there is a lack of communication between staff and customers. No onions means no onions. And why would you give a 3 yr old a full size drink when i specifically asked for a kids drink. And it's always pretty hot in the restaurant as well.
Food was pretty good. I give it a 5. The waitress was ok. I give her a 4. However, it took about 30-40 mins to get our food. I give it a 1. Most of the employees were eating as we were leaving. I'm not sure if the food took that long because they were cooking some food for themselves or if that is how slow their service is. For that reason, I gave them a 3. I will try the place again and hopefully get a better result. Enjoyed it, just took too damn long.
The service and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this place.
Awesome food, one of the best in the area! Only gripe is if they're really busy the parking obviously sucks, the service is subpar, and even the food can suffer but avoiding fajita/margarita special Monday can alleviate most of the frustration. Carmella's and Elena's on College offer the BEST Tex-Mex in Beaumont.
This is my go to place! Love the food and be owners!
Excellent service and food , I had Poncho Dinner, Tacos were outstanding! Tea was great!
