I like it but... I love where I live! The rent is excellently priced here, especially for the area. The leasing office staff is always friendly/helpful, and they always have a good sense of everything that's going on in the complex. The facilities are always clean, the dog park and the pool are well maintained. The problem I have with living here really is how often things like our hot water and air conditioning have broken, but they have refused to replace the units. Movin On Up I recently moved to Carmel Woods in Carmel, IN. It is fantastic so far, and everything is clean. My kids made friends with the upstairs neighbors, literally as we were moving in. My kids are able to go outaide and play safely, and that is the biggest plus.
