I met five different persons during my first visit to Carmel Family Dental, and was impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, and positive attitude of each. As a person of limited financial means, I especially appreciated the fact that the challenging realities of the long-range treatment plan was completely balanced by the understanding that this is something that I will have to accomplish one step at a time. Where to start?... From the moment we walked in the door it was a welcoming, calming environment. The team was kind, sensitive and efficient. Truthfully it felt relaxing and not like we were going to the Dentist.
I feel fortunate that I found this practice. Being new to the area, I did not have a dentist to call when I needed some rather immediate attention. After contacting a number of dental practices, Carmel Family Dental was able to fit me in quickly and the work they performed was excellent. I would not hesitate to give them the highest of recommendations.
Quick appointment for me as a new patient who got a positive recommendation for Carmel Family Dental from friends. Dr. Simonsen and staff were all courteous, friendly, and professional. The office is very high tech in comparison to my old dentist whom I had been with for 30+ years in Berkeley. I decided I didn't want to make the 2-3 hour drives to see him anymore, though, particularly for emergency repairs such as what led me to request this appointment, and am happy with my new providers here.
I am so proud to say that Carmel Family Dental is the office taking care of my dental needs. The entire team is welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I always feel like I am a VIP patient when I am in the office. I had an amazing cleaning to day by Sarah and my smile is healthier than ever. Thank you!!!
I chipped my front tooth and needed it repaired asap. I called, was sandwiched into a busy schedule at noon, promptly examined and my tooth was expertly repaired within 20 minutes. It was like new! My smile restored. I was not charged an emergency fee even despite being a new patient. The office was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and Dr. Fristch was cheerful, charming and efficient. I have been seeing dentists for nearly 70 years and it doesn't get any better than this. Thank you very much.
