Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing because appointment times don’t seem to be respected. I made an appointment expecting to be seen reasonably close to the scheduled time, but I was left waiting with little communication or acknowledgment of the delay. I understand that salons can run behind occasionally, but when clients make appointments, their time should be respected as well. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication going forward.
Pedicure was wonderful and everyone there is so nice! Will definitely go back!!
Extremely Happy with my experience at this nail lounge. Natalie and Lisa are the BEST! I've been coming here a handful of times now and will continue because of the cleanliness, kindness and quality of my nail services. And I also love how spacious and airy this salon is set up! Not chemicals smells. They have a courtyard. So the front and back doors are open for fresh air and breezes to pass through. Very peaceful vibes. Highly recommend!
