THIS PLACE SUCKS I give it one star, but truly it deserves none; or even negative stars, given my level of UNhappiness. All I can suggest is DO NOT MOVE HERE! Since moving in, I have experienced nothing but inconvenience. There is constant construction, dirt, and snarky staff. The amenities, which are so enticing, are generally closed. The pool closes at 8, the courtyard that houses it is also closed and locked at this time, the entertainment room is closed at 11pm, and the internet cafe has yet to open (I have lived here 2 ... read more

Great Apartment with a Great Rate I'm a 27 year-old professional who lives with his girlfriend in these shiny, new apartments. We moved in nearly 60 days ago. I'm not sure why the other reviewers have had such a negative experience, but I can say, without a doubt, I have never been happier with a new place. The staff (including maintenance) is prompt, courteous, and makes every effort to make you happy in your new home. The apartments are brand new and gorgeous. I had to make a couple of maintenance calls upon moving in (pil... read more

Falling Apart Building, Horrible Neighbors, Unsafe Area First off, this apartment community isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be. I had originally moved to Archstone Gaithersburg Station, because I fell in love with the apartment unit designs and amenities. I leased a corner, one-bedroom apartment, because it offers the largest kitchen, and it overlooked the courtyard. The ceilings are tastefully lined with molding, the bathroom and hallway are made of stone, the cabinets have a beautiful wood finish, and the granite cou... read more

Archstone Gaithersburg Station is HORRIBLE!!! Moved in a little bit ago thinking a brand new complex would be nice....WRONG!!!! So far I'm having the worst experience of my life. Constant construction, noise and dust everywhere! The management is horrible! Mandy has no idea about anything going on and Kris King is a 5ft tall piece of **** puppet! If you have a problem, they say sorry and do absolutely nothing to fix the problem. The amenities are still not complete and most of them won't be done till the end of june( I've be... read more

Unsatisfied Renter The building is gorgeous - just full of holes. I am so sorry I moved here. Having been here a year, I feel I can provide an honest opinion: I would not recommend it - at all. You can read what the more negative reviews are. I concur and I AM on the 3rd floor. Most of the people that rented around the same time I did have all left and had very bad experiences. With the same staff and management even though a "new company"., I don't see how things will improve. I was told there would be a bike rack months an... read more

Don't judge this book by its cover A nice place to live if you manage to get one of the larger apratments which contain a dining room (converted into a 3rd bedroom) to keep the cost down. Building and pool are good, but the staff is unfriendly and uncooperative. They have screwed up on our account multiple times. The doorman is always asleep. There seems to always be construction, primarily on the lobbey and almost never on improving everyday facililties such as the laundry rooms. PROS: Near metro CONS: Staff is intolerable

Great Staff I lived here for the first 9 months I was in CA, and I loved it. Unfortunately I ended up having to move farther inland due to work, but I really miss this place. The staff was always on top of things. One of the girls lived right behind me and she was always so friendly. The grouds are always kept up and the apartments are really nice inside and out. The only complaint was the parking. As long as you had one car you were ok, but if you have two, someone is going to have to walk a ways and hunt for a space.

Nice Family Apartmrnts I lived there for a year about 5 years ago. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. My favorite is the bicycle lane that runs behind the apartment. Very close to shopping centers also.

Very convenient! Dr. Lillard's office is conveniently located in the Court House plaza, next to the Metro. The office staff are very nice and the equipment very up-to-date...even little televisions in front of every chair. The quality of service is great.
