Don't do it... Is there a rating for ZERO stars' I've been living here for 2 years now and while the location is great, the management and their policies are ridiculous. Every year they increase the rent to a level that is unreasonable. After the first year, we decided to deal with it since moving was such a hassle for us, but now that we're nearing the end of our second lease, we decided to purchase a home. Sheffield Courts Convenient location to the metro, only a 15 min walk. Most people living here are young and they allow pets (with a fee). The buildings are quite old and are on the pricey side for what you get. I live in a 2 bedroom with a den so for 3 people the price isn't bad! The leasing building is awesome with a small viewing theater, game room, bar, shuffle board, pool tables, and small gym. The staff is excellent and attentive to your needs. Find another place- Not Worth It Sheffield Court I moved to Sheffield Court because a friend had lived there. The only reason he moved was because they allowed dogs. Unfortunately I signed a year contract and I could not get out. I would NOT recommend Sheffield Court. ⢠Relatively expensive- While it used to be cheap, they have raised prices way beyond what the places are worth. ⢠Inconvenient- It is not as close to the Metro as they say- it is a total pain in the ass, and I still ended up driving everywhere. ⢠No Park... read more
GORGEOUS INSIDE! These apartments have been newly renovated and are stunning. The floor plans are great and spacious. The staff is very helpful and it offers lots of amenities. It truly feels like living in a nice hotel.
Nice Apartment Living We lived in Vista Del Lago for 2 1/2 years. The apartments are nicely laid out and the neighborhood is peaceful. The office responds to maintenance concerns quickly. Parking is not a huge problem like most complexes. This is also the only apartment community in Mission Viejo that is allowed Lake pass access, although it costs about $40 a month (way more than if you own a house). Check out the apartments at the back of the complex. They have a great view of the mountains and don't get a lot of traffic.
Rwnter I live in the Promenade Valencia Apartment, in a 3bedroom apartment. We are only here for 3 months. Last weekend, due to heavy rain, my apartment had a water leak from the roof into my living area. My 50" plasma TV and speakers ,subwoofer& speaker receiver were damaged from the leak. I called the office right away when I started noticing water dripping from the ceiling. The maintenance personnel arrived and stated Âthat the leak is from the roof. He'll notify his supervisor. Large apartments in a wonderful location We rented a 3-bedroom apartment for 1 1/2 years here while we were in between purchases. The complex is well kept up and has fantastic amenities (Pool, gym, club house, play ground). It is also conveniently located near the center of town which makes it easy to walk to everything you need. The freeway is close but not to close to hear. Like it We rented here for a year and liked it. I loved the floor plan but parking was a pain. We only had one covered parking but 2 cars so the other car would have to be parked in guest parking....which if you get there late in the day can be pretty far away. The facilities are very nice. It has a cute little gym and recreation room. It even has a movie room. The pools are kept clean and warm. It is a wonderful place to live, very relaxing and quiet. We've rented a very big apartment, over two levels, that felt more like a townhouse. Our daughter loved having her bedroom upstairs!!
