I really love the one bedroom we're renting here at Carmel Summit. Balcony is spacious and I love having a garage that comes with the unit. Maintenance has been doing a great job handling any issues we've had. Nestor recently helped us with our faucet and his service was outstanding. The front office is also prompt with regard to message responses. Thank you so much.
My partner and I really appreciate the customer service from maintenance crew, especially with Francisco. He works very hard, shows his kindness, and maintains his patience whenever we have questions or concerns. He loves to help out and he's very generous with his service.
