We love our new vet! Kayla, Felicia, and Dr. Grey were fantastic today helping out my curious little monster, Brooklyn. She got into an overnight bag and decided to chew up a gel sleep mask; oh no! Everybody at Carmel Mountain Ranch Veterinary Hospital was so wonderful in making sure we received urgent and fulfilling care. My wife and I are, understandably, nervous, and the whole staff made us feel at ease. I know that my little pup is in good hands with everybody at CMRVH!

Your experience starts as you walk through the door. The front desk and staff are super friendly. And, each vet tech treats your dog (or animal) like they're a family member. Dr Grey and Dr Ashbaugh take the time to explain every possible reason your pup may not feeling well. They'll suggest tests but I'm always in charge of what I think is best. Here's the best part...the doctors follow up over the phone and the staff follows up by email or phone. We've been using this group since 1998...it's the customer service that stand... read more
