brought in a star sapphire ring with some band detailing to be resized and a silver chain necklace to be repaired and both turned out beautifully! I was also given the opportunity to pick out a couple gemstones to keep, just need to decide what I want to do with them! both Bena and Arasto are super friendly and helpful.
I brought my ring in to be stretched, and while it unfortunately broke in the process (that’s the risk you take), the team quickly helped repair it. When a mix-up with the stone happened, they handled it with complete honesty and integrity – replacing it with an even better stone at no cost to me. From the moment you walk in, they treat you like family. It’s rare to find a jeweler you can truly trust, but their commitment to doing the right thing speaks volumes. Highly recommend!

Lovely family owned business. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to repair the crystal on my Michelle watch so I didn’t have to send it back to the manufacturer. I greatly appreciated their attentive service and expertise.
