Save Your Time and Money They are shady with how they operate and will try to con you out of as much money as possible. Good luck with parking and keeping your hard earned property, your car, safe from damage because the parking spots are impossible to get in and out of if you have someone next to you. Expect for your car to be hit and dinged up by the first month of being there. Neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate almost everywhere from what I’ve heard and experienced. People do not follow leash regulations and will glare... read more

Makes good first impression but living experience was awful Office staff was pretty nice, no problem there. They raised the rent $250/mo in 2 years. They offer nice deals to potential tenants and make up for it at the expense existing ones, which is a bad look. I had a 2br/2bath unit and ended up finding a 3br in the same area with a garage and storage. Unit is 2x the size and rent is the same. Office called to re-negotiate rent 5 days my lease ended, I'd already given my 30 days notice. Perhaps it'd be better to try and ret... read more

Low quality high price Looks nice, seems nice, but they’re not nice. Not worth the price, will charge you for everything when you move out. If you don’t have hardwood you WILL pay to replace the carpet regardless(the entire apartment, i might add. Even if the bedrooms are spotless, due to “color matching”). They don’t understand what wear and tear is, even when they repaved the parking lot two times during your lease. They expect you to pay to have it steam cleaned prior to move out. Truly was not worth the headache. Much be... read more

Terrible place to live I had to relocate to San Diego for work and this seemed like the perfect place. It is in the perfect location and the apartment they showed me was cute, so I made the terrible mistake of signing a lease. It has been an awful experience. The neighbors are very loud late at night and no matter how many times I've spoken to the leasing office the noise continues. There is very little insulation and the windows are very cheap panes of glass, so there is constant traffic noise. The appliances are old and ch... read more

Mountain Views and Cotton Candy Sunsets The apartments are of decent quality at a fair price for the Carmel Mountain area of San Diego. The neighbors are quit and the location of the apartments are in a family friendly location directly across the street from shops and restaurants. My unit's balcony faces the west with mountain views. Each evening, weather permitting, I am graced with a beautifully painted, sunset sky. Sometimes one can even see hot air balloons creeping over the top of the mountain :) The downside, however,... read more
