My wife and I had our inspection with Carmel Home Inspections yesterday and it was the most thorough inspection that we ever went through. We have purchased homes in the past and by the time we walked to the door to meet the inspector, the inspector was finished. We met Carlos when he inspected our home which we were selling. He was doing the inspection for the buyers. We were really impressed with how thorough he was so we decided to call him up and ask him to do the home inspection for our new home a few months later. So glad we did.
