The maintenance team is fantastic, especially Jose! Jose is responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive. Besides his skills, he has the best customer service with his upbeat, positive attitude, and friendliness. Thank you Jose for your care!
Apartment complex is pretty good, but the team is amazing. Jose always fixes my stuff right away, just recently he even stayed late to make sure we would be able to make dinner after our oven stopped working!
The maintenance team on the ground is always friendly, professional, clean and efficient. Jose G go above and beyond. Always fast to understand the problem, fix it, explain what was wrong and clean after himself. Every-time he’s coming he ask to make sure if the last stuff he was taking care of are good. Living here has been a positive experience overall—the staff are friendly, responsive, and requests are handled promptly with good communication.
