The maintenance guys, Jose and Rene are the ONLY GOOD THING about this complex. The pool and jacuzzi have been closed for months. The gym was closed for weeks and we have had CONSTANT water outages with nothing more than a few porta potties and a “sorry” email. We haven’t had water since 8am and were just told that it wouldn’t be back until at least 9pm today… This is by no means a modern apartment complex. I have lived here for 12 years!! I love the location, the tranquility and the helpful staff. In particular I would like to acknowledge the Maintenance staff who have been friendly and efficient over the years. The current Maintenance crew, including Jorge Gomez, Rene and Hector and more recently Jose are always eager and ready to carry out repairs if needed. The management really listens to the residents about any issues! Credit to Hetty & Francis for some of the recent work Previous reviews: Jose and Luis the maintenance guys are amazing! They quickly and professionally fixed my washing machine.
