Very helpful, polite, and patient. Great experience with Ana to help me get set up in my new apartment.
I have lived here for 9 years. The engineering staff is usually reliable and quick with repairs. The individual apartments are in terrific condition and in a really great, scenic neighborhood. I believe that alone deserves three stars. However, there are some minor issues with some of the ammenities provided. I have spent a significant amount of time the gym and I find that not only are there limited dumbbell weights (5-50lbs) and many of the machines go out of order. Review is for Jose G. maintenance as he has been wonderful with any of my needs. I meant to write this months ago but didn’t until now. I locked my car in the garage with everything inside it. I saw Jose and he stopped everything to come assist. Always helpful and kind.
