Very friendly and helpful. Even made an appointment for me to help me out in a jam. Answered all of my questions. They’re always my first call when it comes to my vehicle.
Will saved our trip. My family was in town for Carmels Christmas market. We drove from Detroit Michigan 4 hours from home. My car started having issues and we just arrived in town. This was a Saturday and I already knew I was going to stuggle to find a shop open and able to work on my car for the two days we had. Will, the owner, is an absolute class guy. My Fiat broke down not once but twice, and both times he was quick to get me into the shop, and was nothing but understanding and generous. Fiats, like many european cars, are difficult to work on and even harder to find a mechanic for in Indiana of all places, but Will not only took care of my vehicle like any professional should, but demonstrated empathy and genuine care beyond customer service standards.
